Annual Members Meeting

Hello Trimble Creek HOA memblers,

On March 31, 2025 at 5:30 pm we are having our annual members meeting at the Conservation Garden Convention Center. Cori Barnes has sent out the information for this meeting, but it is also on our website and in this post from the website.

7. Importance of Knowing HOA Documents i.e., CC&R, Bylaws, Rules, etc.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend this important meeting.  This annual meeting will be catered this year.  Dinner, drinks, and dessert will be provided.  Please RSVP by email/phone or text to Cori Barnes by March 24, 2025 if you are planning to attend. (see her email for her email address and phone number) If no one from you household is able to attend, you should fill out and send a proxy form to Glen Clayburn, Cori Barnes or Kristen Hughes or any other owner to act as your proxy.
