Hello Trimble Creek HOA residents. The minutes for the HOA Board Meeting of March 4th, 2025 have now been posted on the website.
Per Utah state law (57-8a-227), the HOA is required to make these, and other documents, available to all lot owners. The association shall keep and make available to all lot owners, a copy of the association’s:
- governing document
- most recent annual budget and financial statement
- most recent reserve analysis
- certificate of insurance for each insurance policy the association holds
- board meeting minutes from the previous three calendar years
- a profit and loss statement for the previous three fiscal years
- a balance sheet for the previous three fiscal years
- most recent approved minutes
By posting these documents on the Trimble Creek HOA website we are complying with this state law.
