For your information, the cell service associated with our Gate Entry System has been having issues lately.
I’ve contacted DoorKing and our service contractor Todd. He is planning to come out today (5/21) to look at the gate entry system and try to determine what the issue is.
If you have guests call you from the gate today, but are unsuccessful, you may need to give them your access code.
