When one problem is fixed, another shows up. Isn’t that the way it always works?
The cell service is fixed, so your guests can call you again.
But now the keypad is having issues. The keypad is wearing out, especially the # key.
Until the keypad is replaced, be sure to press the # key firmly.
We have ordered a new keypad. I’ll let you know when a new keypad has been installed.
